Processing & Shipping Time

We do everything we can to get your products out the door and in your hands as quickly as possible. Our processing time to have your order shipped or picked up is between 2-10 days.The processing time does not include shipping time. The processing time is extended because we receive a high volume of handmade orders but we do everything we can to ship as quickly as we can. If you require a rushed order, please include that in your notes. 

If you use a promotional code created for pick orders and select shipping, we will reach out to see if it was a mistake. We may have to cancel your order to be reprocessed. 

What we can’t control?

Shipping delays...we offer free shipping on certain items and free shipping if you spend over $39.00 on any combination of items. Once the product is handed to USPS to bring to your doorstep, it is out of our control. We have seen shipping be very quick (2-4 days) and a few orders take weeks. We only ship in the United States and will provide a tracking number through USPS. The tracking number becomes active once the order is picked up by USPS. Our team is tracking your order too. We also offer curbside pick up option for anyone local to St. Louis.
